Sporting success is not about talent.
Stronger athletes often get fewer injuries and are able to learn technical improvements more easily. Learn how to develop physical literacy, strength and robustness to reduce risk of injury.

Create a great warm up habit
Warming up prior to playing sport has been shown to reduce the risk of injury in junior athletes. The Ready 4 Cricket programme is simple to learn and adopt as part of a performance routine.

Learn to boost capacity to do more
No child wants to play less so learning about the benefits of sleep, nutrition and recovery can help boost capacity to do more. Understanding why injuries occur enables parents and coaches to take positive steps to reduce those risks.
A multi-level, progressive exercise & education programme for junior cricketers
Injuries occur when junior athletes exceed their capacity either through doing more activity than they have trained for or when their individual capacity drops through lack of sleep, energy intake or inadequate sleep. This course teaches parents and coaches about the importance of tracking training, diet, sleep, and recovery to become a stronger athlete. Young cricketers need to develop both movement literacy and strength that meet the physical demands of cricket. The programme includes a warm up and strength based exercises at 2 different levels with full videos and instructions.
